If you haven’t already, please sign up for a demo to understand the value of our child care center management software. Then, request pricing and a proposal from our consultants. The steps below outline the process for you. Welcome!
Step 1 - Schedule a Demo
Please schedule a demo with one of our consultants. A demo will confirm if Smartcare is the right fit for you.
Step 2 - Review Pricing
Our consultant will discuss a pricing proposal with you. Please review our Terms of Service.
Step 3 - Sign Contract
When you’re ready to start tell your consultant who will email you a contract via Docusign.
Step 4 - Welcome to Smartcare
Complete the Docusign contract and return it. You’re now part of our Smartcare family .
What happens next?
- A customer success manager will reach out to you.
- Your information will be verified and set up in our system.
- You will receive login credentials and access to training.
- You can learn our system on your time or in a scheduled group training.
- You can start using Smartcare!
